Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is participating in the NATO Summit that is being held in Madrid on June 28-30.
On Tuesday (June 28), the Greek premier will be attending a Royal Gala Dinner in honor of NATO leaders hosted by Spain's King Felipe VI at 21:00 (Athens time).
On Wednesday (June 29), Mitsotakis will attend the following (all, Athens time):
- Welcoming event by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez at 11:00 am
- Photo opportunity at 11:25
- Summit starts at 11:30, after an address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy
- Leaders' working lunch at 14:30
- Summit continues with the participation of Australia, Finland, Georgia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Sweden, and the presidents of both the European Council and the European Commission
- Informal dinner of NATO and EU leaders
On Thursday (June 30), the Greek prime minister will attend the following:
- Signing ceremony of the NATO Innovation Fund Letter of Commitment by participating allied leaders
- Summit starts at 11:00 am
- Working lunch at 13:00
