2:32 p.m. EST November 16, 2013  As President Obama's popularity crumbles amid the disastrous rollout of his signature health care law, his mea culpa and attempts to fix to the law will headline Sunday network talk shows.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, who has continued to defend Obamacare despite the glitches and cancellations, will appear on NBC. Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., who introduced legislation last week allowing states to opt out of the law, is scheduled to appear on CNN.

Also this week, some shows are marking the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Here's the Sunday lineup:

• CBS' Face the Nation host Bob Schieffer will broadcast live from the onetime Texas School Book depository in Dallas, where Lee Harvey Oswald fired the shot that killed Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963. His guests include witnesses Luci Baines Johnson Turpin, Lyndon Johnson's daughter, who will speak publicly for the first time about the shooting, and former Dallas Morning News reporter Hugh Aynesworth. Schieffer will also speak with Mike Cochran, a former Associated Press correspondent who carried Oswald's coffin.

• ABC's This Week has Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., who will take questions on the fumbled rollout of Obamacare and the president's apology and attempted fix for insurance cancellations. She will also discuss legislation she sponsored to address sexual assault in the military, a bill that is facing an uphill battle in Congress. Also, Republican Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin will discuss his new book, Unintimidated, the state of the GOP and his political future.

• NBC's Meet the Press scores an exclusive interview with House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, one of Obamacare's biggest champions who has said that the president's apology and announcement that he will allow extensions of canceled health insurance policies were "very gracious." Still, she maintained that his earlier promise that Americans could keep their policies was accurate and blamed insurance companies for the cancellations. The show will also feature Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., who has called repeatedly for a "time out" in the law's implementation.

• Fox News Sunday has reaction from top insurance industry representatives. Guest Karen Ignagni, CEO of America's Health Insurance Plans, has warned such a move could increase premiums. Former Sen. Ben Nelson of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners will provide perspective from industry regulators, who so far have been across the board. Also making an appearance is Liz Cheney, who is locked in a tough race to unseat Wyoming Republican Sen. Mike Enzi.

• CNN's State of the Union will feature Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., who has slammed the White House and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on the Obamacare rollout. Defending the law will be Assistant House Minority Leader James Clyburn, D-S.C., of South Carolina, who said last week that he doesn't think there is anything to apologize for. Candy Crowley also interviews Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who tweeted last week that negotiations with Iran had so far produced nothing but a "bad deal."
